'Relativity' In Lego
I remember drawing, back in my freshman year of Architecture School, a copy of this wonderful lithograph by the Dutch graphic artist, M. C. Escher in carbon pencil.
This interesting art piece is called 'Relativity': one of Escher’s most popular works which has been used in a variety of ways, as it can be appreciated both artistically and scientifically. It depicts a paradoxical world in which the normal laws of gravity do not apply.
Andrew Lipson and Daniel Shiu rendered Escher's litograph in Lego. Must have taken a looot of time to construct... and let's not even talk about getting the picture at exactly the right angle.
