False Advertisement

This flower dealer in LA has displayed a colorful sign advertising the business. The interesting thing is that the sign attempts to advertise a dozen roses for $4, but if you look closely, you can see a small '1/2 ' next to the word 'dozen'. And what about the small '99' next to the $4. What a rip off!
