Sitting on the couch watching the tele at my uncle's house in Manhattan:

Lady entering the living room: "O-M-G! How are you?!"
Me: "I'm doing great and you?"
Lady: "I'm wonderful! OMG! You're an adult now!" - she said grabbing my cheeks.
Me: "Hehe"
Lady: "I saw your aunt downstairs and she said you were in the apartment, so I had to stop by to see you! OMG!"
Me: "That's fantastic. Well, here I am..."
Lady: "OMG! I haven't seen you in, like, 25 years! You were 3 years old!"
Me: "Really?"
Lady: "Yes! I remember when, long time ago, we went together to Jarabacoa, back in DR!"
Me: "Oh."
Lady: "Yes! We had a wonderful time!"
Me: "Hehe. Excuse me............ who are you?"

Mom: "Jamie! Take a picture of me right here! This is such a nice painting!"
Me: "Okay mom. Are you ready?"
Mom: "Yep."
Me: "Cheese!... There you go!"
Mom: "Let me see? Oh it came out good!"

[Six seconds of silence]

Mom: "You're not gonna post this on that frog, uh... how's it called?"
Me: "... blog, Mom... blog or website."
Mom: "Yeah, that internet thing of yours, right?"
Me: "No, Mom..."
